How it works
The Midas M32 LIVE is a 40-input digital mixing console for concerts, houses of worship, and touring rigs. Every fader, knob, and screen is there to route audio: microphones and instruments come in on the 32 Midas-designed preamps at the back, get processed with EQ, dynamics, and effects, and go out to speakers, monitors, or recording.
Instead of dozens of physical knobs per channel, the M32 uses a single 7" colour screen and a channel strip that follows the fader you touch. Select a channel, tweak its EQ, compressor, and gate on the screen, then move on — the console remembers everything as a scene you can recall instantly.
It runs 8 stereo FX engines (reverbs, delays, modulation), has 16 mix buses for monitor sends and groups, and integrates with the DL16 stage box over a single Cat5 cable so all 32 preamps can live on stage instead of at FOH. Multitrack recording and playback happens over USB or the optional DN32 cards.
