FAQ
What warranty do you offer?+
All new gear carries the full manufacturer warranty — typically 12 to 24 months depending on the brand. We are an authorized dealer, so warranty claims are handled by us in the Ankawa showroom: bring the item with its invoice and we take it from there.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days with the invoice. Opened gear can be exchanged for the same model if there is a manufacturing fault. Custom orders, installed systems, and consumables (strings, cables, stands) are not returnable.
Do you deliver to Duhok, Sulaymaniyah and other cities?+
Yes. We ship Iraq-wide. Erbil city delivery is usually same or next day; Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Kirkuk and Baghdad typically take 1-3 working days. Large PA, LED and stage systems are delivered and installed by our own crew.
Do you offer installments or financing?+
Yes — installment plans are available on higher-value items such as consoles, line arrays, LED walls and pianos. Terms are agreed in the showroom based on the total and deposit. Call 0770 667 6668 or send a quote request and we'll set it up.
Can I try the gear before buying?+
Absolutely. The showroom is a working demo room — mics, keyboards, monitors and PA are all plugged in. Book a showroom visit and we'll have the gear ready when you arrive.
